Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a China-based factory specializing in acrylic sheets and PVC products, with over 17 years of production experience. We export directly to customers worldwide.
Q2: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We provide OEM & ODM services, including custom sizes, colors, thickness, protective film printing, and packaging to meet your specific requirements.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock sizes: MOQ is 1 sheets per size.
Custom orders: MOQ depends on specifications. Please contact us for details.
Q4: What colors and thicknesses are available?
Acrylic Sheets: Clear, frosted, colored, mirrored, UV-resistant, etc. Thickness from 1mm to 300mm.
PVC Sheets: White, black, colored, foam PVC, UV-stabilized grades. Thickness from 1mm to 300mm.
Q5: Can you provide samples?
Yes. Small samples are free; the customer only needs to cover courier costs, or we can send using your freight account.
Q6: What is your production lead time?
Stock products: 3–7 days after payment.
Custom orders: 10–20 days, depending on quantity and specifications.
Q7: How do you package products for export?
We use protective film on both sides of each sheet, then pack with export-grade pallets or wooden cases to ensure safety during sea or air transport.
Q8: Which payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal (for small orders), and other agreed terms.
Q9: Which Incoterms do you support?
We can ship under FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, and other terms according to your needs.
Q10: How do you ship internationally?
We can arrange sea freight, air freight, express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS), or work with your nominated forwarder.
Q11: Can acrylic sheets and PVC products be used outdoors?
Yes. We supply UV-protected grades for outdoor projects to prevent yellowing or brittleness.
Q12: How should I store acrylic and PVC sheets?
Store flat in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep protective film on until installation.
Q13: Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes. We provide competitive factory pricing and special discounts for container-load orders.
Q14: Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. Our factory is located in BEIJING,CHINA. We welcome customer visits and can assist with hotel booking and transportation.
