Decorative Acrylic Sheet is an artistic-grade PMMA sheet produced through surface texture treatment, color mixing, or pattern embedding processes. It offers over 50 textures (such as marble, wood grain, geometric patterns) and 300+ color options, supporting custom patterns and two-color effects. With thickness ranging from 2mm to 20mm and standard size of 1220×2440mm, the surface can be high-gloss, matte, or embossed. Combining the physical properties of acrylic with artistic decoration, it is an ideal material for high-end interior design.

Procesamiento e instalación

• Corte: Laser cutting (recommended) for clear pattern edges; diamond saw blade cutting (texture side down)
• Grabado: CO₂ laser engraving, depth 0.1-0.3mm, capable of achieving embossed effects
• Termoformado: Heating temperature 150-170℃, texture direction perpendicular to bending direction to reduce deformation
• Vinculación: Use acrylic-specific UV glue, avoid glue overflow contaminating texture surface
• Instalación: Recommended to use hidden screws or double-sided tape (texture surface needs protection)
