Sign Acrylic Sheet
Sign Acrylic Sheet is a modified PMMA sheet specially developed for the advertising signage industry. By adding impact modifiers and UV stabilizers, its impact strength reaches 10 times that of ordinary acrylic (Izod impact strength ≥15kJ/m²). The surface is specially treated to increase printing adhesion by 40%, supporting UV inkjet, screen printing and laser engraving. Standard size is 1220×2440mm with thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 12mm, available in transparent, translucent and opaque white options, making it an ideal material for durable outdoor signage.

Processing Guide
- Cutting: Laser cutting (recommended), circular saw (120-tooth alloy blade)
- Engraving: CO₂ laser engraving (power 50-100W), engraving depth adjustable 0.1-0.5mm
- Thermoforming: Heating temperature 150-170°C, minimum bending radius 5×thickness
- Printing: UV curable inks (recommended), solvent-based inks, screen printing
- Assembly: Acrylic-specific adhesives, mechanical fixing (self-tapping screws M3-M5)
