Acrylic Rod is a solid cylindrical plastic profile made from optical-grade PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) through extrusion or casting processes. It features crystal-like transparency (light transmittance ≥92%), excellent weather resistance, and mechanical strength. With a density of only 1.19g/cm³, it weighs 50% of glass of the same volume while offering 10 times the impact resistance of glass. The surface undergoes precision polishing to achieve mirror-like gloss and supports various processing methods such as cutting, drilling, heat bending, and laser engraving, making it suitable for applications ranging from fine crafts to large engineering components.
