PVC Color Foam Board
PVC Color Foam Board is a colored sheet produced through co-extrusion process, using polyvinyl chloride resin as base material with addition of organic pigments and foaming agents. The surface layer is 0.2-0.5mm high-density PVC color layer, and the core layer has a closed-cell foam structure (density 0.45-0.8g/cm³). It offers 10 standard colors and custom colors (matching RAL color chart), with thickness ranging from 3mm to 30mm and standard size of 1220×2440mm. The surface smoothness Ra≤1.6μm makes it suitable for direct printing and engraving, ideal for advertising signage and decorative applications.

Processing and Installation
- Cutting: Circular saw (100-120 teeth), utility knife (thin sheets), laser cutting (precision processing)
- Joining: PVC-specific adhesives (e.g., neoprene glue), self-tapping screws (recommended diameter 3-5mm)
- Printing: Pre-treatment recommendation: alcohol cleaning of surface, best adhesion with UV inks
- Painting: Can use acrylic or polyurethane paints without primer
- Installation: Lightweight (1/3 the weight of wood), can be installed with adhesive, screws or magnetic mounting
